SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additionally, when ordering from ISSA LEO , you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. All shipments will be carried out through FEDEX and DHL (where possible). The terms and conditions of FEDEX and DHL will apply additionally and can be accessed atwww.dhl.com and www.fedex.com.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday-Friday). Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and will commence from the date of dispatch. Elevate London is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If the customer has special requests concerning the type of shipment, e.g. express shipment, the additional costs will be charged to them. 13. RETURNS AND CANCELATION POLICY
In accordance with our terms Selling Regulations you have a ’7 day cooling off period’ (from the day after the goods are delivered) where you can cancel your contract with us and any monies debited will be refunded in full including delivery charges once the item has been returned to our warehouse. All cancellations made under the Distance Selling Regulations must be done so in writing here (within 7 days from the day after the goods after delivered) quoting your name and order number.
14. CAN I AMEND MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Customers are responsible for ensuring their address details are correct before placing an order, Issa Leo Ltd. cannot be held liable for any lost orders relating to an incorrect address entered on an order.
15. WHAT HAPPENS IF ELEVATE LONDON ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER MY PARCEL?
When your parcel arrives, it may need to be signed for, therefore, it’s best to make sure someone will be in when it’s due to be delivered. If our courier is unable to get an answer, they will leave a card confirming they will either attempt to redeliver, have left your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place.
